General terms of use of the site, general rules and legal responsibilities related to it

It is recommended that the User Agreement, which includes the terms, rules and legal responsibilities specified below, be read before using eczacin.com.

If the specified terms are not suitable for you, please do not use the zaynvita.com site. By using the site and filling out the form where your personal information will be included, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.

1. Usage and Security Rules

zaynvita.com is open to all its members. The services provided on the site are free of charge unless otherwise stated.

In the following written cases, the site administration may prevent the member from using the site and reserves its legal rights regarding the person or persons involved in the following attempts:

1.a. Recording on the site information that is incorrect, irregular, incomplete and misleading, contains statements that are not in accordance with general moral rules and is contrary to the laws of the United Arab Emirates

1.b. Copying the content of the site partially or completely without permission

The User is directly responsible for any damages that may arise from the sharing of information, usage rights, such as usernames and passwords given to users or determined by them, with third parties or organizations (use of this information by people other than the User). Similarly, the User cannot use personal information such as IP addresses, e-mail addresses, and usernames belonging to someone else on the Internet, nor can they access or use other users' private information without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted any legal and criminal liability that may arise from such use.

1.d. Using software that will threaten the security of the site, prevent the operation of the site and the software used, performing activities, attempting to perform activities, and obtaining, deleting, or changing information.

3a. Information about users visiting zaynvita.com (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is tracked in order to serve them better. This information is shared with companies we cooperate with in advertising, etc., in order to expand and improve the content, in accordance with the terms of confidentiality. The purpose here is to improve the experience offered to the users of the site and to develop zaynvita.com.com.

3.b. After filling in the required fields for registration and confirming the e-mail address, the zaynvita.com user can start using the zaynvita.com.com site by entering his e-mail address and password, provided that he complies with the terms specified in this agreement.

3.c. While using the zaynvita.com website and services, the User agrees to comply with the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decree Laws and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Law of Obligations, other relevant legislation provisions and all kinds of announcements and notifications that zaynvita.com.com will publish regarding its services. All legal, penal and financial liabilities that may arise due to use contrary to these notifications and laws belong to the User.

3.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on the zaynvita.com website, the User's use of zaynvita.com may be blocked by zaynvita.com for a period of time or indefinitely and/or the User's account may be closed.

3.e. The User cannot take any action that prevents or makes it difficult for other users and visitors to use zaynvita.com, cannot install automatic programs and force/lock the servers or databases. Cannot attempt to cheat. If found, the user accepts that their membership will be terminated and that they accept all legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.

3.g. The user cannot delete or remove any Copyright, Trademark and any Intellectual and Artistic Works Law notes on any material copied or printed from zaynvita.com.

3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via zaynvita.com. The user's access authorization to the site will be canceled after terminating their membership. The person who cancels their membership accepts that this transaction is irreversible.

3.j. The relationships of site users with each other or third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.

3.m. Different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified in certain parts of the site. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules specified in advance.

3.n. Please read the "Privacy Policy" section to read the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this subject.

3.o The user accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) to be used in the purchases made through the site is correct and that the legal and criminal responsibilities arising from these belong to him/her.

7. Notification Addresses

7.a. The zaynvita.com site does not request mailing addresses from its users in advance. However, the e-mail address that the user notifies zaynvita.com.com is accepted as the e-mail address from which the legal address will be requested for all kinds of notifications to be made regarding this agreement.

7.b. The parties agree that unless the parties notify the other party in writing of the changes in their current e-mails within 3 (three) days, the requests to be made to the old e-mails will be valid and will be deemed to have been made to them.

7.c. Again, any notification that zaynvita.com will make using the user's registered e-mail address will be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by zaynvita.com.com. The user declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the articles in this participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about himself/herself.
